We don’t often post political; however, we don’t believe equality should be a function of the whims of politics. Every last one of us needs to play our part; across the gender spectrum, from the progressive to the traditional, those in ‘female’ industries, those in ‘male’ industries, and to those carving the way to create ‘everyone’ industries (thank you).
Take it from the cleaners - a job typically defined by traditionalism and stereotype – here, we’re actively doing our bit to change those perspectives through inclusion, opportunity and respect. So today, we acknowledge International Women’s Day to celebrate our wins, those of generations past and of generations to come! ✊
