Seaside Cleaning is a locally owned company that offers regular weekly, fortnightly appointments, as well as once off, end of lease/vacate, spring cleans, commercial and Airbnb cleans with optional linen service. Our team pride themselves on taking the best care of your home. We are reliable, punctual and trustworthy. All cleaners hold a current police check and are insured.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of your clean. Invoices are provided for all cleans with banking details available. If your invoices has not been paid after 5 days, you will be charged a $25 late fee.
Cancellation/ No Access to the property
We understand that at times you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment last minute. When you’re booked in, your appointment time is being held for you and we are turning away other potential clients. Please give us as much notice as possible when cancelling your clean. If you cancel with 24 hours or more notice, no fee will be charged. In the event that you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours before your allotted booking, or we are unable to access the property a cancelation fee of 50% will be charged.
Appointment Times
We do our best to arrive at your scheduled time, however occasionally there are some circumstances that prevent us from getting to you on time. We will do our best to contact you in these situations.
What We Need From You
On the day of your booking we ask that access to your property has been discussed, that any pets are kept outside or locked away, unless previously discussed. We also ask that items, ie. clothes, toys, dishes are lifted up off the ground and benches. If you are unable to do this please discuss with us prior to you booking as extra time may be required.
Our Guarantee
We are committed to providing an outstanding service in the time you have elected to book for. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your booking we ask that you to notify us within 12 hrs to which one of our cleaners will return either the same day or following day (depending on the time and/or availability) to inspect and rectify the issue at no additional cost. If you choose to rectify the issue yourself or do not notify us within 12 hours then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
Privacy Policy
All personal information that is collected by Seaside Cleaning is maintained according to the Privacy Act. All personal client information is confidential. Failure to adhere will result in immediate staff dismissal.
