We would like to suggest booking a soft wash or clean the roof pior to a solar panel clean... or even better let us clean the roof professionally and we do the panels at no extra charge???

We can satellite measure your rooftop. Provide a per m2 price.
This includes rooftop surface cleaning,
solar panels,
hot water systems,
gutter cleaning,
softwash and prevention spraying

We are aiming for the longest lasting results... We do not need to attend on a regular basis if we do the job professionally from the first attendance.

To clarify.... We include the panels, gutters and downpipes at no extra charge. When you get the roof cleaned... At no extra charge!!!

Rather than send out a guy for a solar only clean... and have potential slip or fall hazards to manage. We would prefer to offer you value for money and professional property care.

Average solar clean is $150 - $400
in our region it takes time to travel to rural areas and properties.
Gutter cleaning is approx. $15.00 per linear metre. ($150 to $400) for most houses. Total $300- $600 and that doesn't include the roof! For better value and pricing please read on....

Solar Panel only cleaning jobs in rural areas can be time consuming and makes quoting difficult. Not to mention rosters become difficult to manage due to travel times around the region..

The average rooftop clean is $440 to $660
(depending on the size of the rooftop.)
