🏗️ We're Hiring – Commercial Cleaners

Join the DAO Cleaning Co team!

Due to securing a major commercial builders clean project, we're looking for reliable, hardworking Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of Mandurah's largest construction projects, with the potential for ongoing work across our expanding commercial division.

About the Role

You'll be working as part of a professional team completing:

Builder's cleans
Final handover cleans
Window and glass cleaning
Detail cleaning
Common area cleaning
Pressure washing (experience advantageous)
What we're looking for

✔ Reliable and punctual

✔ High attention to detail

✔ Able to work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Physically fit

✔ Positive attitude

✔ Able to work well within a team

✔ Current driver's licence and reliable transport preferred

✔ Valid construction white card or willing to obtain (essential)

Experience

Experience in any of the following is highly regarded:

Commercial cleaning
Builder's cleans
Vacate cleaning

🧹 JOIN THE DAO CLEANING CO. DREAM TEAM 🧹

We're on the hunt for a Leading Hand Cleaner to help us run the show across Mandurah, Rockingham & the Peel region.
If you take pride in your work, set the standard and can be trusted to lead when we're not on-site, this one's for you.

✅ What you'll be doing:

Hands on cleaning across residential & commercial jobs, leading by example
Running bigger/complex jobs & coordinating the crew
Checking quality, coaching the team
Being the go-to person on site for clients and the team
Flagging issues back to the office before they become problems

✅ What we're after:

1+ years professional cleaning experience (vacate/builders clean a big plus)
Available for early starts
A natural standard setter with a positive attitude
Confident communicator
Own reliable transport
Current police clearance (or willing to get one)
Full Australian work rights

💰 The details:
📍 Mandurah, Rockingham & Peel region
🕐 Approx 25–30 hrs/week, Mon–Fri
💵 $35–$38/hr (negotiable based on experience)
🚗 Kms paid between jobs & for jobs outside our service area
