📣 Important Update – Thank You & Farewell

We wanted to share an update with all of our amazing customers. After a lot of thought, we have made the difficult decision to close our bin washing business.

As many of you know, our son was recently diagnosed with a brain tumour, and right now our focus needs to be on spending more time with our family and making special memories. We’ve decided to take some time out and go caravanning together, giving us the chance to slow down and enjoy life with our kids.

We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported our small business. Your loyalty, kind words and ongoing support have meant so much to us.

We will continue operating until our trailer is sold, and if anyone is interested in purchasing the trailer or would like more information, please feel free to message us directly.

💙 Business Update from Taylen & Mikayla 💙

Hey everyone, just a quick update from us.

Our little boy has recently been admitted to hospital and will be staying in for a little while. As you can imagine, our focus is with him right now, and we’re incredibly grateful to have some amazing family members stepping in to help keep the business running while we step back for a bit.

To make things smoother for everyone, we’ll be making a changes:

🗓️ Cleans will now be fortnightly or monthly
🧼 You can choose to have 1, 2 or 3 bins cleaned
♻️ We’ll be running cleans on recycling bin week only — this helps us line up jobs within the same suburbs more efficient. Even if you aren’t getting your yellow bin done.

We’ll be reaching out to our regular clients soon, as some of your scheduled weeks may shift slightly to match others in your area.

These changes will also help us prepare for the rollout of FOGO bins down the track.

💰 Pricing remains mostly the same:
• 1 bin = $15
• 2 bins = $25
• 3 bins = $35

We truly appreciate your support, patience and understanding during this time. It means the world to our little family.
