Today we got called to an emergency water leak under the ground at the property water meter. Since the ground needed to be dug up, the customer also wanted the hose tap to be moved a bit further away from the driveway to prevent it from getting hit- so we did just that!! 🛠️💦

Leaks like this can cause drastic rises in water bills and potentially damage to property structures. Luckily, we got to this leak while it was still a pin hole and not any larger👷‍♂️📈

Today we completed this minor stormwater project for this townhouse.

If you keep scrolling you’ll see that these two downpipes just release all the rain water onto the floor causing a lot of water to pool on the concrete. In the pavement area the little grated drain was not sufficient enough for the amount of water pooling on the pavers ❌

So we came up with a solution and pulled it off. Both downpipes are now connected into the stormwater system running on external of the building. As for the pavers, we removed an area for which we installed an .industries strip drain with a concrete surround to help water make its way into the strip drain and to remove all water that gets pooled in that area 💧

Overall, the customer was very happy with the outcome and how it looks aesthetically as well. Projects like this take time and effort, not only to make them functional, but to also make them look neat and tidy. So thank you to our customer for entrusting us ✅🙌🏼

Fire hose reel replacement 🔥🚒

We attended a factory we look after as they had just gotten a fire report. Unfortunately the fire report had failed due to the gate valve being ceased on the existing hose reel

Without any hesitation we supplied and installed a brand new fire hose reel to not only pass the fire report, but to be prepared for any emergency that arises
