We quite often find large nests of Fire ants under concrete blocks and concrete structures as pictured

Red imported fire ants like living underneath concrete structures and often are very difficult to spot a large nest that is underneath a slab or block.. this shows the importance of doing regular checks around structures for nest activity 🔥🐜❌
