Hi everyone it’s been a long time but we are happy to say that we are opening back up.

We are now in Launceston, Tasmania.

But we are now only doing bond cleans / rental cleans.

*So if your moving into a new house and you want a detailed house clean before anything is moved in
* or if your needing a bond clean to leave your house
* or if you need a house clean so you can have tenants move in

You found the right place

We only do cleaning of the inside of the house not the outside.

Prices are $25 - $35 per hour depending on your location .

We can do weekly cleans or fortnightly cleans it's all up to you.

Hello everyone ,
Just wanting to let everyone know we have a special going for bond cleans till the end of march.
For standard homes eg house that have one bath room
And one living.

Prices will go like this
1bed $250
2bed $350
3bed $450
4bed $550
5bed $650
If you have another bath room depending on size $50-80 on top

2 or more living areas $50 on top each living area.

BUT if we can get our cleaning page up to 100 likes (you must like the page ) one lucky winner in Toowoomba will get a 2 hour clean half price so not $45 but $22.50 for two hours ( not bond clean)

So make sure to like our page !!

Just letting you all know we are booking people in a few months ahead till the end of February 2017.

We will quote you a price now and that will be your price for your bond clean when you need it done.

Half the total amount is to be paid as a deposit witch is non refundable.

And the other half is to be paid once bond clean is done

We can not and will not book you in till deposit is paid.

Dates may be changed if able to but you must give 2 weeks notice if need be.

Get in now while you can !

We do not remove left over belongings
So do make sure everything is gone!

As of many people wanting bond cleans

A deposit of half the total of your bond clean price will need to be paid upfront to hold your spot and the other half of the bond clean will need to be paid after the bond clean is finished.

Please do remember that the deposit is non refundable.
So do make sure that you have given us the right dates you need.

You will get a receipt with all my info on it including my abn number.

Our old price list has been taken down as anyone that will be wanting a quote we will have to see the house to give out any quotes from now on.
