Clean & seal on this back patio in Wallan 👌

This patio hadn’t been cleaned or sealed in around 20 years, so it was definitely due for some attention. There was significant organic growth, dirt and other built-up contamination across the surface.

After a thorough clean, we applied a water-based silane/siloxane penetrating sealer. Rather than forming a film on top of the surface, this type of sealer penetrates into the substrate and provides water repellency, helping to reduce water absorption and the risk of moisture-related staining and contamination building up over time.

A great way to clean, protect and extend the life of outdoor concrete surfaces.

Gutter guard fail 😳

Gutter guard is often sold as a way to eliminate debris from entering your gutters, but in reality it still requires ongoing maintenance.
