Here we are cleaning one of our wonderful regular client's homes right on the beach. Contrary to popular belief rain does not dirty windows as much as we believe. In fact in high salt areas rain dampens the salt but does highlight the dirt & salt already there. While we would all love freshly cleaned windows to stay perfect for as long as possible, the reality is somewhat different. Window cleaning must also be viewed as a maintenance thing. Fun fact, if you build a home on the beach, the warranty on windows, frames & mechanisms is contingent upon 3 monthly house washing. Pretty unrealistic however it does point to the importance of maintenance. Our pure water system along with some hard work is very effective at drawing dirt & salt away from your windows & frames.
