🙌 Huge shoutout and thankyou 🙌

The Grime Busters have had a rough 7 days and we are hoping we are done now!! With both Kirralee and Kel having stair tumbles in the last week and our Laurels car alternator declaring Dunbogan was its final resting place, our clients have had their cleans thrown into chaos.

Thankyou to our wonderful clients that have worked with us (we wish that was literal 😹) while we rebooked cleans with another staff member or had to cancel completely and a MASSIVE shoutout to the Grime Busters girls who have been taking on extra work where they can. A huge effort and we are so lucky to have you all

This dynamic duo are not only a commercial client of ours for Maher Legal but also one of our residential clients.

Unfortunately they've had a major flood in their office in Bold Street Laurieton next to the Newsagents and have moved across the road whilst their beautiful office gets a fresh make over 🥰

💦 𝐀 𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐋𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐂𝐀𝐋 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 - 𝐌𝐀𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐀𝐋

You may have noticed the Maher Legal have temporarily moved!

An unexpected underfloor pipe issue late last week sent water through their office 💦, so while the clean-up and repairs are underway, they’ve moved over the road. Talk about taking things in their stride!

But while we’re talking about 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥, we thought it was about time they got their own 𝐏𝐑𝐃 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭-𝐨𝐮𝐭. ❤️

We regularly refer our clients to 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭 for their property and conveyancing needs, and we know our clients are in good hands. But 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 is about much more than property.

They also provide legal services across 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬, 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, bringing extensive experience together with a personal, local approach.

And then there’s the community side of things…

Tony gives up a good chunk of his Sundays during summer to volunteer as an Age Manager with Camden Haven Nippers, helping local kids get out there, learn new skills and enjoy the beach.

That’s time given up week after week, simply to support local kids and the community.

And 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 as a business also gets behind plenty of the local clubs, sporting groups and organisations that make the Camden Haven such a great place to live.

They proudly support:
🏃 Camden Haven Little Athletics
🏐 Camden Haven Netball Club
⚽ Camden Haven Redbacks
🏄 Camden Haven Surf Lifesaving Club
⛵ Queens Lake Sailing Club
🎪 Camden Haven Show Society

So yes, we wanted to let you know where 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 has temporarily moved to… but more importantly, we wanted to give them a little of the community love they deserve.

Because behind the business are people who genuinely put their time, energy and support back into the community — and that’s worth giving a shout-out for. 👏

And if you’re heading in to see them, just remember… turn around! They're over the road for a bit! 😂

🩷 How lucky are the Grime Busters Team 🩷

Every now and then we receive a thoughtful gift from one of our clients, whether its fresh vegetables or eggs, home kill meat or if your Kirralee - she hands out baked goodies to our oldies to butter them up and make her their favorite 😆😆.

Today Ariarne and Kel completed a deep spring clean for one of our Port Macquarie clients, well Ariarne spent the bulk of the day and Kel was there between clients for 2h. But our thoughtful client gave us both this amazingly smelling and huge candle 🩷

We have been so buisy of late our social media has taken a back burner. BUT we are slowly starting the wind down to Christmas. We are booked out for larger jobs for October and now taking bookings for November

3 Bedroom pre-tenancy entry once over - Laurieton

When a tenancy starts, its a nice feeling to walk into a fresh home and its sets the benchmark for not only tenants but owners of properties also.

And this is why robots could never take over our jobs 😆. Robot vacuums are amazing, we have one ourselves but they just dont get in the corners/in smaller sized areas so we are still loved and needed 🫶

💫 3 Bedroom Home - Pre Sale Clean - Waitui 💫

With this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 1920's home going live tomorrow, and multiple interest already, we don't think it will be sale for long!!

Grime Busters had the pleasure of preparing this home for sale, we love our rural jobs!!
