Another block secured. Another duplex about to begin. 🏗️📈

We’ve just exchanged on another piece of land.

I share this because we want more people to see what’s possible when you start investing, take risks and think long term.

Everything we’re building through Johnson Property Group started with a vision, plenty of hard work and a willingness to take risks.

Projects like this are also great for the local economy!
Keeping builders, tradies, suppliers and local businesses busy along the way.

We definitely don’t have it all figured out, and some of our next steps will push us outside our comfort zone too.

But that’s where growth happens!

If sharing what we’re learning along the way helps others start their own journey, that would make me just as proud as building the portfolio itself. I love seeing others succeed and win along the way.

2026 is lining up to be a big year for Johnson Property Group, the roof at Glen Innes Road starts going on next week and from there things really start to move fast.

Foundations are done, momentum is building, and we’re just getting started.

🚧 Behind the Scenes of Development – The Importance of Due Diligence 🚧

At Johnson Property Group, we believe in being transparent about the journey from land to community. While developing 152 Glen Road, we discovered an unexpected challenge: the existing sewer system couldn’t support the project. To move forward responsibly, we now need to complete a sewer main extension.

This is a great example of why due diligence is such a critical part of property development. Even with careful planning, surprises can arise once work begins beneath the surface. Our team is committed to tackling these challenges the right way, ensuring every project we deliver is built on a strong, sustainable foundation.

Every obstacle is also a lesson, and we’re sharing this to highlight that development isn’t just about designing homes, it’s about problem-solving, persistence, and doing things properly for the long term.
