Hi all

Please keep in mind that December will be the last month of any larger bookings (springclean, vacates and mould removals)

As of beginning of January, I will be on maternity leave (once again 😅) and can only allocate small bookings towards staff up until mid 2024 😊

It is extremly frustrating to continue to have business with people that absoloutely ignore any communication in regards to open accounts.

We do not enjoy working for free, we also do not enjoy paying employees plus the super annuation and insurance to not being paid afterwards.

I am always trying to be kind and understand if some people have a different pay cycle and work with it - however to totally be ignored and unpaid for jobs is absoloutely devastating and frustrating!

This is a heads up - having a cleaner is not a necessity for most, it is hard work and to work for free is not okay! Communicate if you are having a hard time to pay it off.ignornace is the problem here

I get responsiveness when the job needed to be done, and ignorance when I I'm requesting for it to get paid.

If there is no other way I will have to name you, maybe other businesses will think twice doing a job for you in future.

I'm sorry for this negative post but how can anyone operate in small business.

I always recommend landlords to install a ceiling ventilation fan in bathrooms so the Tennants don't have to get this moisture built up which turns into mould real quick.
