I wanted to share a quick update around cancellations and rescheduling.
Late cancellations and last-minute changes have a bigger impact than they might seem. When an appointment is booked, that time is set aside specifically and often can’t be filled on short notice. This directly affects my ability to run things sustainably and efficiently.
Because of this, I’m now more strictly implementing cancellation fees for appointments changed or cancelled within the notice period. Bare minimum being 24 hours notice .
This is about protecting the time, energy, and commitment that goes into each booking, and ensuring fairness across all clients.
I completely understand that life happens, and I’ll always approach situations with empathy and compassion.
At the same time, having clear boundaries helps me continue to show up fully and provide the best possible experience for everyone.
🚨A note on illness coming into the cooler months. 🤧
As we head into the colder months, I kindly ask for transparency around any illness within your household. Even if it seems minor, letting me know ahead of time allows me to make informed decisions and helps protect my health and that of all clients.
If you or someone in your home is unwell, please reach out as soon as possible so we can look at rescheduling options. I’ll always do my best to handle these situations with care and understanding.
Thank you for your continued support. 🙏🏻🩷
