Sis, hear me out. These are just a few...
..And I've experienced all three in the past.😩😫

Now here's what you do:
✅ Monitor your diet. You may have to substitute and eliminate certain foods from your diet.
✅ Monitor your stress levels by implementing a self-care routine. For other hormonal imbalances, DM me so we can talk.
✅ Practice good after s*x care. Also, include V-Steams in your Lady maintenance routine.

Again, this doesn't even come close to covering everything but it's a start. Plus we'll go over these during Girl Talk Tuesday tonight! 👏🏿
