All in a days work!

The perks of working on site is we occasionally get a visit from our native furry friends during our inspections.

Our inspections take us up onto roofs, into roof voids, and under houses, so we tend to find all kinds of critters.

At this time of year, we are just thankful this encounter was the furry type and not the scaled, slithering type!

Meet your BPI Inspector.

We would like to introduce our head inspector and business operator, Rodd Hanns.

Rodd has been operating BPI Fraser Coast for over 7 years, dedicated to ensuring our customers have peace of mind when purchasing their new home.

Rodd is also invested in giving back to the community through boxing, a sport he has been heavily involved in throughout his life.

Rodd has volunteered his time as a coach for over a decade now and now partnered with BPI Fraser Coast, has become a major sponsor for Powerhouse Boxing Hervey Bay.

Both Rodd and the BPI team look forward to seeing the progress of these local athletes over the coming months and years and are very excited to be able to help make their dreams become a reality.
