When doing a Pest inspection make shore you expose all area’s. I did a Pest inspection on a property it was an older property and I found live termites in one bedroom windowsill. The front stairs was all blocked in. I asked the owner could she engage a builder to remove some bricks so we could inspect if anything was happening inside. And it was bingo we found a Termite nest going up the wall. So make shore when doing a Termite Inspection we’re ever you can to expose all areas. It could save litigation against you. As you can see I piece of timber has caused the problum.

I have just had another phone call from an agent. He asked me to carry out all their inspections Pest and Building and I will get paid when the property is sold. Then he said if I do that their would be a better insensitive at the end of the sale. And they call them selfs credible and honest agents. I am decussated and will not deal with ageist.
