🐭 Mice & Rats – What you should know 🐀

Seeing or hearing scratching in the roof? You’re not alone — mice and rats are common in Dubbo, especially with weather changes and food around the home.

Why rodents are a problem:
• Chew electrical wiring (fire risk)
• Contaminate food and surfaces
• Carry diseases
• Breed fast — one problem can turn into many

Signs you may have rodents:
✔ Droppings in cupboards or sheds
✔ Scratching noises at night
✔ Gnaw marks on packaging or cables
✔ Strong smells in roof or walls

What attracts them:
• Pet food left out
• Bird seed & compost
• Gaps around doors and walls
• Warm roof spaces

👉 Store food sealed, clean up spills, and block entry points — but once they’re inside, DIY baits often don’t solve the root cause.

🕷️ Keep Spiders Under Control This Year! 🕷️

As the weather warms up, spiders and insects become more active — and before you know it, your home, sheds, fences and eaves are covered in messy webs 🕸️

Spiders don’t just look unpleasant — their webs collect dust, dirt and insects, making your place look untidy and neglected.

✨ Before & After Pest Control Makes a Big Difference ✨
A professional treatment helps:
• Reduce spiders to the bare minimum
• Remove existing webs and prevent new ones forming
• Keep insects under control (which means fewer spiders hanging around)
• Improve the overall look of your house, fences and outdoor areas

As pest controllers, our goal is to keep bugs and spiders to the bare minimum, especially in this warm environment where they thrive.

📸 Check out the difference — cleaner, fresher, and spider-free.
