I just wanted to make a little reminder that behind this business is one human — a mum doing her best to juggle work, kids, mental health, and life.

Sometimes things happen unexpectedly, whether it’s my mental health, my children needing me, sickness, or life simply becoming overwhelming. There may be times I need to take a day off or reschedule cleans. I will always do my best to give as much notice as possible, but sometimes emergencies don’t allow for that.

I will always do my best to fit your clean back in at the next available opportunity.

Running a small business on my own means there isn’t a team behind me — it’s just me trying my hardest every day.
