M**h house updateโ€ฆ. Garage failed the post remediation m**h testโ€ฆ it will be re done on Monday then retested for clearance!
Property was first tested positive for m**h in February, this is so far almost 3 months loss of rent for the owners.. plus remediation and lab testing costsโ€ฆ carpet and blindsโ€ฆ. NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE!
