👋 Hi, I’m Kyra — the face behind SwimPro!

SwimPro has been making waves in Chinchilla for over a year now, and I thought it was well and truly time for a proper introduction! 🌊

You might already know me from the Chinchilla Pool — I spent 10 years there as Centre Manager, Swimming Teacher, and Squad Coach before stepping away to start a family and support my husband in building Switch’D Electrical.

Now I’m back — but this time, under my own brand, with an incredible team beside me. 💪

👶 Baby & Toddler Lessons — 6 months to toddlers. Build water confidence, safety skills and a love of the water from the very beginning.

🧒 Learn to Swim — 3 years and up. Building independence in the water and developing real swimming ability in a fun, encouraging environment.

🏊 Squad Intensive Sessions — For swimmers looking to refine technique, build speed and perfect their strokes.

👋 Emma - SwimPro Swimming Instructor

☕ Favourite Food? "Does coffee count as food?" — We're going to say yes. Absolutely yes.

💚 Favourite Colour? Green!

🐔 Pets? No pets as such — but she does have a full house! Chooks, 2 nameless budgies, and a fish. Naming them is apparently optional. 😂

💬 One thing she wants every swim parent to know:
"Children are like popcorn — they all pop in their own time. They will all develop at their own rate!" 🍿
We absolutely love this and couldn't agree more!

🌊 What inspired her to become a swimming instructor?
"I have always loved swimming — and now I get to watch the growth and development from babies all the way through to squad."
And here's a fun fact that will melt your heart — her very first baby swimmers are now in Grade One! 🥹

🌅 Favourite way to unwind?
Taking five at the end of the day to watch her own kids play — and right now? It's backyard cricket! 🏏

Because even after a day spent nurturing everyone else's children in the water, her favourite place is still right there on the sideline cheering on her own. That's a pretty special kind of person. 💙
