ALL-STARR Cleaning is covered with public and products liability insurance for your peace of mind. Proof of blue card, yellow card and a police check can be provided so you can rest assured that your home and belongings are in safe hands. A range of cleaning products to suit clients’ needs are supplied, including but not limited to: eco-friendly, septic safe and regular/ heavy duty cleaning produc
ts. Each client has their own assigned mop and set of micro fibre cloths for health and hygiene, which will be labelled accordingly. If you are not satisfied with any services provided, I will go back and rectify any issues or provide a discount on a future service. Monthly quality assurance surveys are done via survey cards to ensure clients are happy with the services provided. If a house is unattended I will need a key to enter the property, which will be labelled accordingly and stored in a secure place. Invoices are sent out Monday of each week via email (Invoices for one off cleans are sent on the day that cleaning is required) All clients will be given 7 days to make payment. If no payment is received, all services will be put on hold until payment is received or until a payment receipt is presented (If payment is not received for one off cleans legal action will be taken) If you are experiencing financial hardship and are struggling to make payments, please contact me so we can discuss a solution. All animals must be locked up or kept in a separate area if they are expected to be a nuisance or get in the way. If animals are not locked up or kept in a separate area, they must be able to be locked up if they a start to cause a nuisance or get in the way. Cleaning of animal or human urine/faeces is not and will not be provided, no exceptions!
