Welcome to Kambarang Season.
Kambarang is the seventh season in the Noongar calendar, typically occurring from November to December. This season marks the transition into summer, with the weather becoming warmer and drier. The days lengthen, and many plants begin to flower and fruit during this time. Kambarang is a season of bounty and abundance, as the earth’s warmth supports the growth of summer crops, while native plants and trees begin to fruit, signaling the peak of the growing season. It is also a time when many native plants are in bloom, attracting bees, birds, and other pollinators.
