Over the last few weeks we’ve received an overwhelming amount of enquiries, booking requests, and walkthroughs, and honestly we are so incredibly grateful for all the support Canberra has shown our small family business.

At this stage, our regular cleaning roster is now completely full while we work through all current quotes and pending bookings.

We’re Carmen Cares Cleaning Services, a local family-run business with over 20 years of experience caring for Canberra homes.

What we’re most proud of isn’t just the cleaning, it’s the relationships we’ve built over time. Many of our clients have been with us for years, and we show up to the same homes, with the same friendly faces, week after week.

We also keep the same team in your home each visit, so you’re not having different cleaners every time. Your team gets to know your home properly, and you get to know your team too. It builds trust, consistency, and genuine care over time.

We go beyond the basics. It’s the extra touches that make your home feel properly refreshed, not just clean. That feeling when you walk through the door and everything feels done and looked after, that’s always our goal.
