Total Restorations Group’s Disaster Restoration Division Platinum Response is looking for driven new team members!



Platinum Response are Disaster Recovery Specialists that work primarily on insurance claims specialising in Water Damage, Fire Restoration and Mould Remediation.

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team. We have multiple labourer positions available for immediate start; with potential to move into a Supervisor role for the right candidate.

The jobs range from large commercial sites to smaller domestic claims from the Sunshine coast to Tweed heads.

Onsite work will generally include weather event clean ups, property damage restoration, builders cleans, installing/removing equipment from sites and general labouring tasks.

To be successful:

White Card is mandatory

Must have steel Cap boots and appropriate work pants (Uniform Shirt will be provided)

Good eye for detail

Availability Monday – Friday and occasionally Weekends especially when weather events occur

Cleaning experience and IICRC certifications is beneficial but not necessary

License and own transport is beneficial but not necessary

We are looking for an office administrator to join our busy team based in Ormeau.

The successful candidate will act as the point of contact for employees and clients, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include receiving and making calls, managing office stock, and general admin duties.

If you have previous experience as an office administrator or similar administrative role, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily basis.

Hours required are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Role based In Ormeau.

It has been a busy year for us here at Platinum Response!
We have implemented a new online reporting system, as well as new timesheet and scheduling systems to streamline our processes.

Prepare for natural emergencies, including emergency kit checklist and severe storm action guide. Also includes schedules for controlled burns (back-burning).

Cyclone Marcia (currently category 2) is expected to cross land early tomorrow morning between Mackay and Rockhampton as a category 3. Looks like a busy few weeks ahead for the Platinum Team. Stay safe everyone. Remember if its flooded forget it!
