Administration and Account Assistant

Our Company

We are a privately owned Company, specialising in the commercial cleaning supplies industry. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking person to join the team based in Bowen Hills, Brisbane.

Duties and Responsibilities

Accounts receivable & payable
Handle a range of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, record keeping
Manage phone & email correspondence, respond to enquiries
Provide all necessary administration support to the team
Greet visitors/customers
Monitor & update Social media posts


Skills and Attributes

Previous experience in Administration is a must
Experience with Tencia Accounting Software preferred or at least have experience with any other accounting software
Intermediate to high level of competency with Microsoft Office Suites
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
A positive can-do attitude

This is a part time role 2 to 3 days with opportunity to go full time in future.
