Heyyy :) emails have been sent out to all existing clients, just a reminder I will have an employee joining me a few days starting next week. I will be in touch with everyone whom I've already spoken to about bookings in beginning to mid may once I have scheduling worked out and can add some new clients.

Good morning ⚘️⚘️

We have some big changes coming after the school holidays.

I have found a wonderful junior employee to join my cleaning business and assist me in servicing your beautiful homes! 💕

She will be joining me in two weeks which will mean a few changes to your service and pricing, all jobs will be charged at a fixed rate, this fixed rate will not exceed your current invoice for your current service.
(any extra jobs outside of your current service will be charged individually)

What this means...

Having an employee allows me more freedom to continue your service during school holidays and days when my children are unwell and also allows us to take on further bookings, which are well in demand.
Unfortunately this may mean some changes to schedules in the coming weeks, but we aim to provide a more reliable, efficient service moving forward 😀

More details will be sent out this week via email for current clients, any questions or queries please contact me directly. 🥰

I will also be in touch with any potential clients who i have not been able to provide a service for in the coming few weeks.

We are very excited for the upcoming changes in my small business and aim to provide the same great service you have learned to love. ❤️

I want to apologise to anyone that I had organised potential cleaning with for this year, unfortunately I am still too booked out to take on any new clients as much as I would have loved to I must admit I am not coping with the workload I have alongside my parental responsibilities and increasing that at this stage won't be possible. 😔

I apologise again for any inconvenience this has caused, thank you to everyone who has been patient with schedule changes etc.

Hey everyone!!

Unfortunately a few days before Christmas i had a massive kangaroo jump in front of me while I had the family in the car, I slammed on my brakes, stop cms in front of it and ended up getting cleaned up from behind! Unsure if it's going to be written off or fixed but all mechanics have been closed over the Christmas break which has halted us moving forward. :(

Unfortunately this is going to cause some issues with being able to take on the first few jobs of January if I can't get it fixed or a loan car.

At this stage I'm doing all I can and will be in touch about work at the start of January but please understand

My apologies, I really wanted to start 2025 off without hassle but seems as though the universe has different plans.

I will be in touch ❤️ just glad noone was hurt.

Morning everyone, with the silly spending christmas season approaching fast I would like to kindly request payment be prompt and as close to due dates as possible ❤️🙏
If payments aren't received on time I may be forced to close the cleaning business and acquire regular work as I need a regular source of income to support my family.
I would love to continue to provide a service for you all in the new year and appreciate every single one of you more than you know, thank you for your understanding ❤️❤️

I will be taking a month off over Christmas holidays as we have a family holiday booked and to spend some much needed time with the kids through the holiday season

This will be from 16/12/24 - 16/1/25 🙏

I'm trying to give everyone as much notice as possible to arrange alternative cleaning for this time.
