I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who’s supported Scrub Me Sideways this year.

From regular clients, one-off cleans, referrals, messages of support, and friendly waves, none of this would be possible without you.

What started as a small local service has grown thanks to trust, kindness, and word of mouth, and I don’t take that lightly.

Thank you for welcoming me into your homes and supporting a small local business. Here’s to a fresh year ahead, clean spaces, and plenty more good energy.

Deep clean bookings — quick note

Deep cleans are a different beast to a standard clean, and everyone’s idea of “deep” can look a little different, so the more detail you can give us upfront, the better the result on the day.

When you’re requesting a deep clean, it really helps if you tell us things like:
- Which rooms are priority
- If you want appliances moved (fridge/freezer/washing machine) to clean behind/under
- Any windows you want included (inside only / inside + outside if accessible)
- If you want walls, skirting boards, doors, ceilings/cornices spot-scrubbed
- Any problem areas (grout, soap scum, built-up dust, pet hair, etc.)

The goal is simple: no surprises and no missed expectations.
