Tile - Metal Reroofing

Reroof completed in COLORBOND *Basalt which matches the bricks on the home nicely 👌

Client upgraded to 80mm Anticon insulation, which then matched with 3 x whirlybirds will make for a much more comfortable home all year round 🌞

While the change from tile to metal happens, we install the new 40mm metal battens and upgraded tie down points on all rafter to top plate connections 💪🏽 - adding that strength to uplift on the building

Reroofing with COLORBOND *Surfmist

Another roof to be proud of with this makeover.
Changed all roof over to Metroll Trimclad for majority of the pitch been 4degrees it wouldn’t meet code with custom orb (5 deg min).

Some new Opal poly carbonate sheets to brighten up the outside area (also matches the new roof nicely 😏)

Added some new 150 High front gutter and some custom gutter in other areas to deal with the volume of water

Wrapped the barges around fascia so no painters necessary in that area.

Looking good for many years to come 👌

Reroofing with COLORBOND steel *Dover White

Changed out this 1940s roof for some new Colorbond Custom Orb.
All areas under 5 degrees changed to Trimclad to meet all the modern day Specs

Throw in all the upgrades as standard
*Upgraded tie downs straps on all rafters
*New 40mm metal battens
*60mm anticon insulation
*New whirlybirds for ventilation

And you’ve got a great investment that’s going to last another life time!

We also installed some 150 High front guttering in *Woodland Grey to catch all the water effectively

New roof in COLORBOND steel *Dover White on this extension/renovation for Big Scrub Building

Nice full width sumps on all box gutters with big 150mm downpipes removing that water efficiently 👌🌧️

We also went with tapered sumps to help direct that water straight to the outlet for minimal pooling in the large box gutters

All Parapets have no fixings on top or outer edge for those clean modern lines

All Materials kept up to the lads by Metroll Lismore

Reroof Completion 💪🏽

Swapped out the old hail damaged galvanised roof for a new COLORBOND Zincalume roof.

Changing the rear to Trimclad to make more suitable for pitch of roof (under 5 Degrees)

New Corro up top with added and upgraded hardwood battens and 60mm anticon insulation for those warmer winters and cooler summers 👌

Metroll Lismore on the supplies and getting us all the materials to site 🛻

From fascia and gutter - edge protection - and now the final product, this home will serve many more memories 🏡
