I thought I’d properly introduce myself since we’ve had a few new faces pop up here lately and not everyone knows the person behind Your Coastal Housekeeper!
I’m Sally — mum of three boys, Bayside local, lover of coastal styling, and someone who is all about creating calm, organised, beautiful spaces. Over the years I’ve really leaned into using more eco-friendly, low-tox products where I can, because I love the idea of homes feeling fresh and clean without all the harsh chemicals.
I started this business because I wanted to create something meaningful… a service that feels warm, trustworthy, high-quality, and helps busy families come home to a space that actually makes them exhale. Now I’m working more than ever (and honestly, I kind of love it 😅).
And I’m incredibly lucky to have a small but amazing team of cleaners who care just as much about our clients and their homes as I do. They’re hardworking, reliable, and genuinely lovely humans — and I honestly wouldn’t be able to run this business without them.
When I’m not out on the road with the team, you’ll usually find me at my laptop doing admin from a café or Bunnings car park, keeping on top of scheduling, wages, quotes, and all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps this little business running. And my weekends are usually filled with driving my kids around town, going to open houses because I’m obsessed with real estate, walking along the beach, or heading out for date night with my husband.
Running this business has been stressful at times but incredibly rewarding, and I genuinely love helping create calmer homes and happier routines for our clients.
