2 CABINS GETTING A BIG FRESHEN UP

🚨 AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY CALL OUT – COMMERCIAL SHOPPING CENTRE 🚨

Not every job is planned, and sometimes the phone rings when things have already gone sideways.

This morning we were called out after hours for one of our large commercial clients after a major water issue occurred inside the shopping centre car park.

When we arrived, there was a large volume of water discharging through the car park area, creating a serious safety concern for vehicles, pedestrians, customers, staff, and the centre itself.

Our priority was simple:

✅ Make the area safe
✅ Set up exclusion zones
✅ Assist with water control
✅ Keep access areas protected
✅ Work quickly to reduce further risk
✅ Support the client with an urgent response

This is the type of job where response time matters. Water moving through a commercial car park can become a major hazard very quickly, especially with vehicles, trolleys, customers, and staff moving through the area.

We got straight into it, helped secure the affected section, managed the water flow as best as possible, and made sure the site was controlled while the issue was being dealt with.

After-hours call outs are never just about turning up — they are about being prepared, staying calm, thinking safely, and helping the client get the situation under control fast.
