Yep, it's Monday again, cartoon day. This week we are showing you that not all second hand cars are lemons!

We recently helped a client—a woman who needed a car to handle lots of back and forth highway trips for work without breaking a sweat (or her budget). She looked at the vehicle first and the car looked immaculate. The seller was a legend who clearly took care of his ride but our buyer knew that "peace of mind" isn't something you can see with a glance.

When you're on a tight budget, an unexpected mechanical failure isn't just a headache—it’s a financial setback you can't afford.

The seller was happy to prove his car's worth, and the buyer drove away with total reassurance. We didn't just find a reliable car; we made sure those cranky sour lemons were squeezed out of the deal for good!

Now, everyone’s enjoying the "sweet lemonade" of a successful, honest sale.

"Don’t buy a lemon, get a pre-purchase inspection and avoid a sour experience"

In this week's cartoon, our lovely lady was a clever cookie and followed her gut instinct on a vehicle that was up for sale for over $100K. She got a pre-purchase inspection done and we found an engine light code that had been cleared 81kms prior, which had not been disclosed by the seller. We beleive that honesty is the best policy and the truth would certainly have been the better option on this one!

Have a safe and happy Christmas. Every year brings new challenges, but as we overcome them, we grow, learn and develop. We appreciate all your support and cant wait to bring an improved quality service in the new year with exciting announcements to come. Communication Update**

Our existing customers know how frustrating it has been in the past to get a hold of Tristan and I. I am sure many curse words have been flung around because of it. These frustrations as a business owner is heavy, but a likely shared frustration from most resident's and businesses on the Macleay. Our tower in South West Rocks is directional out to sea, so we will never get the bandwidth required to service the town, and only our local member can change that.

Thankfully moving forward, we now have a physical location away from our blackspot home office and have connected there to the nbn FTTP. More reliable nbn connection has made it possible for us to upgrade our comms. So whilst I am still in the processes of setting it all up, I believe now, I have a working (02) phone number. Once fully set up this will have an operational answering machine that even if I am away from the office, will email a message of your missed call. So, without further adieu, the number you are waiting for...
