Hey Mount Barker — Julian here from Dust Till Dawn Cleaning.

I'm after one more local to join the team. Casual, around 10 hours a week to start, with room to grow into more.
A few things that make this different from most cleaning gigs going around:
Proper employment — above award pay, super, entitlements, all of it. Everything supplied (equipment, products, uniform, PPE). Low-tox products so you're not breathing chemicals all day. And I hire on attitude first — skill can be taught, showing up properly can't.

You'll need your own car, a licence, the right to work in Australia, and a police check (or willing to get one). Based in Mount Barker or close by.

If that sounds like you, drop a comment or send me a message — happy to have a chat.

You use it every day and never really look at it.

Shower glass is one of those surfaces that deteriorates so gradually it stops registering. The calcium, the soap scum, the water marks - they layer up over months until the glass isn't really clear anymore. This was an initial clean in Mount Barker. Getting a shower screen back to this takes the right chemical dwell time and the right technique - not just a squeegee and some spray.

Now on a regular schedule. Stays this way.

If your home deserves this - we'd love to take care of it.

The stovetop nobody wants to admit to.

Burnt-on grease and food splatter on a gas cooktop hardens with every cook. By the time it looks like this, a wipe-down won't touch it - it needs the right products, heat, and time. This was part of a full kitchen clean on an initial visit in Mount Barker. The stovetop, burner grates, and rangehood filters all done properly - the parts of a kitchen that most people avoid because they're the hardest to get right.

The after speaks for itself.

When did you last clean your microwave?

Most people don't - and this is what the inside looks like when it finally gets attention. Splatter bakes onto the walls every time it's used, hardens over time, and becomes genuinely difficult to shift without the right approach. This was an initial clean in Mount Barker. The inside of the microwave is one of those things that gets skipped in a regular home clean because it takes real time to do properly.

We do it properly.

Looking for one more person to join the Dust Till Dawn team.

We're a Mount Barker-based residential and commercial cleaning business. The work is across the Adelaide Hills — homes and offices, mornings and afternoons, casual hours that suit you.

A few honest things about us:
We pay above the award rate. We supply everything — equipment, products, uniform, PPE. The products we use are low-tox and environmentally friendly, because the people doing the work shouldn't be breathing harsh chemicals all day.

It's a proper employee role. Super, entitlements, all of it. Starting at around 10 hours a week with room to grow into more, and a real path forward for someone who wants to build something.
The number one thing we hire on is attitude. Skills and technique can be taught. Showing up properly and giving a s**t about your work can't.

Need your own car, a driver's licence, the right to work in Australia, and a police check (or willingness to get one). Based in Mount Barker or close by.

Stainless steel doesn't hide anything.

Every watermark, every grease smear, every dried food splash - it all sits there in plain sight. This sink came to us on a first clean in Nairne. The buildup wasn't from neglect, it was from years of regular use without anything getting into the detail properly. That's the difference between wiping a sink down and actually cleaning it.

Now on a regular schedule. This is what it looks like every visit.

The base of the cupboard. Nobody checks it.

Grease and grime settle at the bottom of kitchen cabinetry over time - the kickboard, the joins at floor level, the lower edges. It's one of those areas that only gets attention when someone is specifically looking for it. This is one of our regulars in Mt Barker. Same home, different corner. Every visit it gets done properly.

That's the difference between a clean and a thorough clean.

If your home deserves this - we'd love to take care of it.

The spots nobody cleans.

Kitchen cabinets collect grease and dust in the places that fall just outside of the daily wipe-down - the edges, the joins, the top of the door frames. It happens slowly enough that it becomes invisible. One of our regulars in Mt Barker had this sitting on their cabinetry for a while. Not because they're not clean people - because these spots genuinely don't register until they're right in front of you.

That's what a regular clean is for. The obvious stuff gets done every visit. The overlooked stuff gets done too.

You stop noticing it after a while.

Pet owners know - the walls at dog height just become part of the background. The oils, the fur, the nose prints. It doesn't happen in one day, which is exactly why it stops registering. This wall looked fine until it was next to a clean one.

One of our regulars in Mt Barker. The difference isn't dramatic in a photo - it rarely is with walls. In person it's a different room.

Black mould in a shower isn't just an eyesore.

Every time someone stepped into this shower, they were breathing in spores. It's one of those things that builds slowly enough that it becomes normal - until you actually look at it. This is one of our regulars in Mt Barker, about four months in. The grout had mould running through most of the shower floor and up into the corners. The kind that doesn't respond to a supermarket spray and a scrub.

The right treatment, the right dwell time. That's it.

If your home deserves this - we'd love to take care of it.
