In October 2025, we proudly launched our inaugural Conor Austin - Future Leaders Program, created to develop leadership capability and support the next generation of leaders across ICS.

Six leaders from across Australia and New Zealand began the 10-month journey in Adelaide, facilitated by Training X Design, building their skills, confidence and networks along the way.

Named after ICS founder Conor Austin, the program reflects our commitment to investing in our people and creating meaningful opportunities for growth within our organisation.

Today, we are proud to celebrate all participants completing the program and achieving a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management from the Australian Institute of Management.
