Every Adelaide Hybrid Pools build gets a dedicated equipment setup. From our Woodcroft build:

• Concrete pad poured to suit the full equipment layout
• Acoustic Box filtration housing in Monument - keeps the noise down and out of the weather
• Mineral X filtration system with Waterco Micron ECO filter
• Waterco ElectroHeat ECO-VS inverter heat pump to extend your swim season.

Neat plumbing, everything serviceable, nothing left exposed.

Some history 🗞️

We've built vinyl-lined pools across SA since 1997, but the method goes back further than that.

In 1968 a local builder set out to solve a problem every Adelaide homeowner knows. Our reactive clay can crack concrete. Floors, slabs even concrete pools - sometimes within a few years. The fix was a pool that flexes with the ground instead of fighting it. A steel modular wall, a vinyl liner and a compacted sand bed.

It worked and in 1974 it became the first swimming pool in Australia to win a Good Design Label, presented by Premier Don Dunstan, and the only pool system ever granted Australian Letters Patent.

A pool we built at Meadows Primary School in 1972 was still solid when we returned to re-line it 43 years later. New liner, same steel.

The materials have moved on but the engineering hasn't.

• Remove old liner, pump dirty water to waste and clean/remove/dump debris from pool
• Install new Aqualux Pool Liner - Colour Light Blue
• Upgrade filtration system to Mineral X with Ph Doser, new 25inch sand filter, new EnviroMax variable speed filter pump
• Filtration plumbed ready for Acoustic Box filtration housing
• Fill pool and start up
