Why did I decide to wash poopy nappies for families in Adelaide?

My life was turned upside down when I had a baby. I could barely get to brushing my hair, let alone living the eco-aspirations I’d envisioned - which included committing to cloth nappies.

I started Little Droppings nappy service for parents like me; who want to live sustainably but need sustainable choices to fit into life without creating extra work.

I’ve created an E-book with 4 of the most impactful ways to reduce waste without creating any extra work for yourself.

Your baby's waste footprint will be 2.1 tonnes by the time they turn 3. And that's just in nappies.

You can take your baby's waste footprint down to 0kg by using a cloth nappy service, and better yet, you don't even have to do the washing!

Our loan nappies go round and round and round until they can't be used anymore (usually 5 years), and then components are recycled where possible (very tricky to recycle fabric but there are some options).

For reference, on average an Australian household will usually create between 500 - 600kg of landfill waste a year.
