Azizi launches second project in 2025 after Sheikh Zayed Road skyscraper

Mall of the Emirates is undergoing a major transformation with a Dh5 billion expansion project that will add 100 new stores, a modern theatre, expanded entertainment zones, wellness areas, and a vibrant indoor-outdoor dining precinct.

Majid Al Futtaim, the mall’s owner and operator, confirmed that construction is already in progress, with Dh1.1 billion invested so far and visible changes expected soon. The expansion adds 20,000 square metres of new space as part of the mall’s vision for 2030—redefining it as a multi-sensory, experience-driven destination.

A highlight of the revamp is the first-ever outdoor F&B courtyard, opening in early 2027.
