Outshine Cleaning started off as a window clean service for both residential window clean and commercial.

Two years ago Outshine cleaning services become Outshine Technical Service LLC we are now doing M.E.P. service (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services and handyman services as well) for residential and commercial.

This also includes cleaning internal and external properties both domestic and commercial by rope access/cradle work of tower blocks. also do industrial cleaning for hand over cleaning to the client all over the UAE.

Outshine Cleaning Services started in 2010 offering general cleaning service in UAE residential market. With continued expansion we identified opportunities in other markets, including rope access Hi Level cleaning, industrial cleaning and full facility management.

In 2013 we restructured the company and rebranded as Outshine Technical Services LLC. This was enforced with extensive investment in cutting edge equipment, vehicles and increased our manpower and management team to offer the service that we feel is required in the current market.
