Provides essential support to ensure the smooth operation of an office, handling a variety of tasks including managing schedules, communication and document preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Schedules
- Handling Communication: Answering phones, managing emails, and other forms of correspondence.
- Organizing and Maintaining Files: Creating and managing both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy access to information.
- Preparing Documents: Drafting letters, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Assisting with Office Administration: Managing office supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance, and handling basic accounting tasks.
- Liaising with Internal and External Stakeholders: Communicating with clients, vendors, and other departments within the organization.
